An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dedicated property services team within a well-established company.
The Role
We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to support the upkeep and functionality of various properties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience as an electrician in construction or building maintenance, preferably in a customer-facing environment such as retail or the food industry.
City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation certification.
Ability to carry out electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance, fault finding, minor electrical installations, small plumbing works, and building safety system testing (e.g., fire alarm systems).
Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems is advantageous but not essential.
Enthusiasm for a dynamic role with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently and adaptability to handle urgent matters as they arise.
