Are you a fully qualified Finance Transformation Leader with extensive experience within the financial services sector?
Do you have exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to work in unison with the Transformation team to develop and implement the bank\\\'s transformation strategy?
As a Finance Transformation Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with the Transformation team in the development and implementation of the bank\\\'s transformation strategy; working closely with Finance and Business management to provide financial requirements, structure and controls, governance, guidance and support to the Modernisation programme.
Owning the communication around Modernisation in Finance at all levels
Ensuring the CFO and Deputy CFO are appraised of the status and any escalations before steering and board committees
~ Working closely with the Transformation team; constantly consider how Modernisation will impact all Finance processes, systems and ways of working.
Collaborating with Finance and other teams to provide meaningful financial and operational metrics and reports to senior management.
~ This Finance Transformation Lead position is being offered on a 12-month FTC and salary being offered is £80,000 to £95,000

5 years previous experience of the design and operation of Finance processes and controls within the financial services sector
~ Experience working closely with a network outside of the immediate function and building trusted partnerships that are
~ Specialist knowledge of the structure of a Bank is essential including the roles and responsibilities of business lines, COO, IT, and Functions
~ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
~ Professional Finance Qualification - ACA, CIMA or ACCA - Must be fully qualified
