As our team grows in Liverpool, we're seeking a passionate Fleet Management Customer Services Associate to support a key campaign.

1. Proactively make outbound calls to qualify leads and complete customer registrations.
2. Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
3. Respond efficiently and empathetically to customer inquiries.
4. Identify customer needs and provide accurate product or service guidance.
5. Recommend tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with parts, products, or catalogues.
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Fluency in English and German, with strong communication skills.
* Experience supporting internal and external customers.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative.
* Comfortable with digital tools and IT proficiency.
* Goal-oriented with a desire for growth.
