My client a Facilities Management giant is seeking a Rewards & Compensation Specilaist on a 6 Month basis following some clear project deliverables which are required.
Project Overview
A Global Grading framework has been introduced to create a common language and infrastructure across the globe. It will become the building blocks for organizational design, career planning and development, remuneration, benchmarking and role accountabilities.
The UK & Ireland will be introducing a People System, SAP Success Factors in 2025 and the job grading will need to be in place for the transition. There is currently no People System in the UK & Ireland.
Looking for some interim support to administer and see through the annual pay review cycle and bonus programs.
Project Scope
To conduct a pragmatic job slotting exercise driven by the methodology for our front-line operative roles (~20,000).
To complete job sizing and grading based on impact, communication, innovation & knowledge for our salaried population (+6,000).
Design proposal for companies' approach to standardized benefits and salary bandings linked to new job architecture.
Support the Annual Pay Review process and 2025 bonus launch.
Deliverables
Implementation of the job architecture across two key groups, salaried and front line (~26,000)
Maintenance of data ahead of the transition to Success Factors in Q4 2025.
Proposal on standardized benefits and salary bandings.
Support with the cyclical reward processes (Annual Pay Review & Bonus).
