Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Midwife with NMC
* Diploma in Midwifery or equivalent.
* Demonstrate commitment to on-going professional development
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Recognised management qualification Degree in Midwifery
Previous Experience
* Able to undertake, interpret and apply appropriate research-based findings.
* Able to demonstrate a range of clinical experience
* Skilled and updated in all spheres of midwifery practice
* Demonstrate involvement in clinical audit
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Awareness and Knowledge of the dignity in care agenda.
* Ability to evidence/demonstrate key values and behaviours in line with the Trust framework
Specific Requirements
* Ambition to succeed
* Skilled in multi-disciplinary team working
* Current driving licence
