HR Advisor – Norfolk
Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a well-established client based in Norfolk to join their friendly team.
How does the day-to-day look?
Recruitment and staffing – assist with attracting, selecting and hiring to fill job vacancies including developing job descriptions and posting vacancies.
Onboarding - to assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have information, resources and training necessary to fit quickly into the department/business.
Training & Development – oversee employee training to enhance skills and knowledge ensuring employees have the skills required to fulfil their roles to support the business.
Employee Relations – addressing workplace conflicts, grievances and concerns and play a role in fostering a positive work environment and resolving disputes.
Legal compliance – ensures the organisation complies with employment law and regulations and workplace safety standards.
Prepare legal documentation relating to contracts, terminations and disputes.
HR Information System – maintain employee records, track attendance, oversee weekly and monthly payroll and generate reports.
Support management in ensuring that the absence management policy is being adhered to.
Manage exit interviews and paperwork related to resignations or terminations.
Bridge any gap between management and employees.
