We’re looking for a dedicated and creative Volunteer Content Creator to join our team.

Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) is a business forum and industry group for organizations to share industry good practices on neurodivergent recruitment, retention, and empowerment. We aim to support businesses in building a better workplace for neurodivergent employees, access neurodivergent talent, and help neurodivergent individuals navigate independent, fulfilling careers. Our goal is to work collaboratively with our members to improve conditions for neurodivergent people in employment.
What are we looking for?
1. Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a related digital media role.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
3. Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
4. Comfortable working with digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and kanban boards (or willing to learn).
5. A collaborative, adaptable approach and a passion for engaging with communities online.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow up with volunteers and stakeholders effectively.
What will you be doing?
1. This role will primarily focus on enhancing our social media presence and supporting the planning, scheduling, engagement, and monitoring of content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. Create and develop content for NiB’s social media channels, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and charity's mission.
3. Support in planning and executing monthly content calendars, aligning with team goals and campaigns.
4. Ensure content is produced and delivered on time, managing your personal pipeline and contributing to overall task tracking and campaign performance.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engagement plans for NiB’s social media groups, and ensure active participation and moderation.
6. Track content performance across all platforms, providing regular updates and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
7. Assist in guiding and training volunteers on best practices for content creation and engagement.
