A Credit Controller is required to join the Accounting & Finance team at a leading professional services firm. Description Manage the company's receivables and ensure timely payment. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Review credit applications and approve or reject them based on the company's credit policy. Prepare reports on account status and ageing analysis. Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage limits. Resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally. Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. Strong knowledge of credit control procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good numeracy skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
