This is a GBP 50m turnover business who have a strong 3 year plan in place to build further, invest heavily and drive the business towards to the GBP 75m mark.This a truly exciting time to work with the business at present.
The ideal candidate will have good experience and a proven track record off selling in the Heavy Plant Machinery World
Position: Area Sales Manager (North West)
Salary: Up to GBP 55,000 per annum + Commission + Attractive Benefits
Location:North West of England (Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, Blackburn)
Key Responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager:
: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
: Build and manage a robust pipeline of clients within the North West of England
: Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts
: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Key Requirements of the Area Sales Manager:
: Proven experience in heavy plant machinery is essential for the role
: Strong track record of sales experience in Heavy Plant, Construction Sales.
: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
: A balanced sales person with hunter gatherer to account management is good for this role
: A process driven Sales person
