About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield
To assist students in Classrooms
Work alongside other staff members such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers and Pastoral Support workers
Delivering 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom ·
Work alongside the class teacher and other staff to help provide the best learning environment for students
Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and in interventions activities through observation
Promote inclusion of all pupils within the classroom
