Your Role
Fifty are looking for a Senior Performance Manager to join their Paid Social team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of clients and take on management responsibility. You will be passionate about the industry - staying up to date with new developments, both within social media and digital advertising more broadly.
You will work across a diverse roster of clients within a host of different industries, including entertainment, sport, F&B, events & luxury and work with a wide range of advertising spends and channels. * Creation of sophisticated multi-channel paid social campaigns, managing campaign budgets up to £150k per month.
* Campaign management, optimisation, and reporting, working through every stage of the campaign lifecycle – you should be as comfortable on the strategy as you are getting into the weeds of a campaign on any platform.
* Development of media plans, including channel selection, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Managing relationships with clients, working as the primary trader across your accounts – this will include attending client-facing strategy meetings and performance reviews.
* Staying up to date with new developments in the industry, both within social media and media as a whole.
Your Essential Skills
* Exceptional Paid Social knowledge, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, X, Snap, LinkedIn and Pinterest – experience running ads on these channels is imperative.
* Experience in managing people is key – we are looking for a leader not only to manage one or two team members directly but also to guide the wider social team where needed and support the Head of Paid Social.
* Organisation and time management skills – this role covers a number of clients, so staying on top of deadlines and actions is key.
* Experience running highly sophisticated paid social campaigns, working with multiple clients across various industries with varying budgets.
* Technical knowledge – such as pixel implementation, tracking, etc. – would be preferable.
* Ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Be a team player and have the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities as seamlessly as possible.
