The Role As House Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining the highest standards of behaviour, discipline, presentation, and achievement within your assigned House. Key Responsibilities: Promote and support the Catholic values of the College Manage student records and ensure confidentiality Monitor student progress, uniform standards, and overall participation Provide pastoral care and guidance, attending care meetings as needed Support House leaders in maintaining discipline and managing attendance Coordinate House activities, such as retreats and events Assist in the organisation of detentions, parent evenings, and fundraising Liaise with parents and external agencies regarding student welfare Benefits: A rewarding role in a supportive and inclusive community Opportunities for personal development and training A fulfilling career helping students grow academically and personally School holidays off (Term Time Only contract) A friendly and passionate team committed to educational excellence The Ideal Candidate: They are looking for someone dedicated, organised, and passionate about student welfare. You should be able to lead by example and handle complex situations with empathy and professionalism. You will have: NQF Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above Proven clerical/administrative experience, ideally in a school or similar environment Strong IT skills, including efficient internet use Fluent in English, able to communicate complex ideas clearly A positive, approachable attitude with a professional telephone manner Ability to handle confidential information and remain calm under pressure Flexibility to meet the role's demands and commitment to College policies They look forward to welcoming a passionate and dedicated individual to their team who is eager to contribute to the success and well-being of students.
