Senior Communications Executive Location: Chessington, hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days on site) Role Overview: As a Senior Communications Executive for a large FMCG company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the communication strategies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support organizational goals and initiatives. Create and manage content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, social media, and website updates. Collaborate with the marketing team to align communication strategies with broader marketing campaigns. Manage media relations, including responding to inquiries and coordinating interviews. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements. Support crisis communication efforts and ensure timely and accurate information dissemination. Coordinate and attend events, both virtual and in-person, to promote the organization and its services. Essential Requirements: Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within the healthcare sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms. Preferred Experience: Experience in healthcare communications. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
