We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Claims Manager within the insurance industry.

Salary: up to £55k (based on skills, experience, and qualifications)
As the Property Claims Manager, you will be responsible for improving the technical knowledge and output of our claim's teams. Working with operational managers, you will enhance technical knowledge across all skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
50% of your role will be dedicated to managing a caseload of property claims.
You will be flexible and mobile, attending urgent cases and available for out-of-hours rota work.
Focus on improving the technical knowledge of the team and enhancing performance.
Reporting on management information will come naturally to you, and youll be adept at highlighting trends, hotspots, and providing overviews of portfolios to clients.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven management skills with the ability to lead a high-performing team.
Experience handling complex property, household or utilities claims.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll be comfortable explaining complex details to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
Youll also have experience negotiating fair settlements.
Existing or an intention to become Cert/Dip CILA qualified.
