Our client Blue Sky is an international container leasing and trading company, based in Marlow, supplying containers to the industry.
They're currently looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of their office. This position requires strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.
Proven experience in an operational and office administrative role is essential. Knowledge of the logistics, shipping, or leasing industry isn't essential as full training will be given.
Blue Sky are offering a competitive salary plus up to 30% bonus and 25 days holiday.
Duties include
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with special projects
2. Customer Service: Handle inquiries from customers, both over the phone and via email, regarding container availability, leasing terms, delivery schedules, and billing questions
3. Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files, lease agreements, inventory records, and shipping container data in the company's database
4. Order Processing: Process incoming customer orders, track delivery schedules, and monitor the status of leased containers
