Quality Engineering, Interior Trim Centre – 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
The Interior Trim Centre manufactures the main Interior Trim components fitted to all Rolls-Royce vehicles including seats, door panels and instrument panels. It is our attention to detail that produces world-class interiors. You will be part of a team that takes brand new concepts and makes them reality for the future of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars portfolio. Our team is seeking a placement student to join from July 2025.
What awaits you?
* Working within the Quality Planning department to support the development of new products.
* Designing and testing measurement methods to support Quality Engineers in new product introduction.
* Data collection and analysis to confirm product conformity and identify error trends to support problem solving activities.
* Undertaking individual projects to investigate, analyse and improve production processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering or Science subject.
* Analytical, logical and self-motivated individual.
* Able to think creatively and use initiative.
* Able to multi-task whilst maintaining structure and attention to detail.
