We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Chelmsford area.
You'll be providing care and support to 4 a year old male, who's individual needs include:
1. Epilepsy
2. Severe global developmental delay
3. Non-ketotic hyperglycinaemia
4. Asthma
5. Recurrent chest infections
6. Constipation
7. Oral and nasal Suction
8. Recognition and management of oxygen desaturations
9. Medication preparation and administration including nebulisers
10. Chest physiotherapy
11. Preparation and administration of feeds via mini button
12. Seizure management including rescue medication administration Hygiene cares including mouth care
13. Promoted sleep and rest
14. A symptom management plan
Working Hours:
Night shifts. Shifts are from 10pm - 7am.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:
15. Previous experience
16. Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
17. You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
