Rota patterns that work for you
Our people are at the heart of everything that we do, that's why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career. Typically, the full-time position is 40 hours per week, and these hours can be tailored to suit the individual's needs. Also, you'll be required to participate in our equally shared weekend and inpatient only OOH's rota (minimal inpatients and additional remuneration and overtime provided). OOH's service is provided by Vets Now Cheltenham and Worcester, and more critical patients are transferred there for overnight care if required.
A bit about us
Just a little information about the Practice. It has been a Veterinary Practice since 1954 set in the beautiful town of Malvern, famous for the Hills, natural spring water and Edward Elgar, the famous composer. We have a very large garden, lovely in the Spring and Summer months to sit out and have lunch. We have additional kenneling so all staff can bring their own dogs to work. On-site accommodation is available in a large flat with great views. Our practice offers digital radiography, ultrasound, laser, endoscopy, and we have VOST soft tissue and orthopedic referrals visiting for more complex surgical cases. We have a small friendly team with regular social events including local pub quiz nights.
