We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer!
The Technical Trainer will help design, develop, and deliver high-quality short technical training courses in the low carbon (renewable) and/or construction sector for our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that our course delivery and content are the best available and exceed our customers' expectations. The Technical Trainer will contribute to the organization’s success by creating, updating, and delivering effective training courses across our existing and new client base.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education: Time served trade (mechanical, electrical or construction related) ideally with a background in low carbon technologies.
2. Relevant qualifications in training or assessing are ideal but not essential.
3. Experience: Proven experience as a technical trainer in Building services or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and high-quality delivery.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of training tools and technologies.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
7. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training projects and priorities efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
8. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make decisions to improve training outcomes.
