As the successful Technical Manager, you will be responsible for all technical and food safety aspects of site food production, including quality systems, food safety, and legal compliance, along with the implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Plan for the site, including its distribution chain, and for the effective development and maintenance of all Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, including HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, BRC, customer, legal standards. What you will need to succeed: Excellent/robust communication and people skills across all layers of business. Middle to senior management experience in leading/ managing a multiskilled team Strong organizational and time-management ability for self and others Third level qualification in a food related discipline Strong IT and presentational Skills. Proficient in MS Office Extensive experience in a Similar Technical Management role within the food industry or similar.
