Sous Chef fresh, seasonal cuisine - £40,000 + tips
A beautiful family run pub with a popular restaurant, lovely garden and several boutique rooms. Currently they are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of their seasonal, fresh food kitchen.
With a team of 6-7 chefs and KPs they prepare British and European cuisine utilising all the wonderful local produce available to them.

This will be an integral role within the brigade so previous experience as a Sous Chef will be essential. The successful Sous Chef will be involved is menu creation, costing, stock control, ordering, training and motivating the team and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place and being adhered to.
