An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant in Birmingham to support our client for 10 months. Client Details Our client is the original and the best - no one has helped more business to grow than them and a great place to work Description Your role will be reporting into the Head of Finance and will be responsible for the following: Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments Communicate with customers regarding their accounts Ensuring system is up to date, and providing financial information to clients Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes Prepare reports on accounts receivable and ageing reports Collaborate with sales and retention teams to address customer queries Assist in development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures Processing daily bank receipts Credit control Bank reconciliations Reviewing P&L Profile The successful candidate will be to have: 2 years experience in a finance team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and strong organisation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Can pick up processes with ease You will be need to be available to start from 3rd February 2025 and able to be in an office 4 days a week.
