Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Nottingham.
Please note: This is a temporary to permanent position
Duties will include:
* Generating and checking weekly and monthly tonnage reports
* Supporting purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Management of invoice queries with suppliers
* Supporting the generation of the monthly client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor payments
* Providing administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience gained in an administrative role
* Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
* Previous experience gained handling large amounts of data
* Excellent use of computers including confident user of excel, google mail, creating content for professional external e mails
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers and suppliers daily
Hours of Work: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £11.80 per hour
