About the Opportunity Nuclear Power Programmes are delivering client critical works to some of our major UK and European Projects. Our embedded teams are delivering support to Hinkley Point C (New build power station in the South West), Sizewell C (located in the South East), helping develop technologies in SMR (Small modular Reactor) capability and working towards building Poland's first Nuclear Power station. Working in both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively. The Hinkley Point C Equipment Programme is responsible for delivering the bulk of the mechanical, electrical and process equipment that will form the working power station. The contracts may be for discrete components or complete systems and will be delivered in partnership with NNB's global supply chain. Contracts range from £250k to £150m. Input design is completed by the EDF Responsible Designer, with the detail design completed by the equipment supplier. We are currently looking to recruit the Business Change Lead who will Directly Report to the Business Change Manager. Role Responsibilities: - Supporting the Business Change Manager in continuous improvement of the Business Change strategy across the multi programme and project Digital and IT team (circa 80 people) delivering functional and technical change to HOC/SZC - Manage the delivery of the multiple Business Change workstreams embedded within programme and projects, working closely with the Business Analysts and Project Managers - Quality assure Business Change deliverables and ways of working across projects and programmes, working closely with the Business Analysts and Project Manager - Provide Intelligent Customer Oversight on business change activities on the deliverables of our digital partners and Systems Integrators - Manage external Business Change resources on multiple projects and manage their costs alongside the Project Manager aligned to the Business Case - Ensure all Digital Business Cases have strong identification of Business Benefits and associated KPIs set up for Benefits Realisation - Report Business Change performance to the NNB Business Change Manager - Mentoring and Line Management of more junior resources as and when required - Management of multiple business change workstreams operating within a multi-million-pound change portfolio, preferably in an IT environment - Great interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels - Effective leadership competencies with excellent written and oral communication - Experience in Managing Business Change coordination across multiple programmes - Ability to coach and manage more junior resources - Member of ACPM or CMI, holding an industry-recognised qualification such as Prosci or APMG Change Management - Degree qualified, or equivalent - Previous experience in nuclear, energy, construction or manufacturing is desirable Our Culture Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
