Are you an experienced Client Services Team Lead that is passionate about cultivating strong relationships and driving success? As the Client Services Team Lead at Giftpro, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing support of our clients on the Giftpro platform. You will manage a growing team, currently expanding to 4 members, and oversee our fulfilment operations to meet and exceed client expectations. This role requires a blend of B2B and B2C skills, as you will also provide customer service to the end purchasers of vouchers. Collaboration with account managers and the product director will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the client services team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto the Giftpro platform.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring their continued successful operation.
Manage customer service interactions with end purchasers of vouchers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Oversee the fulfilment operation, ensuring it meets client expectations and operates efficiently.
Collaborate with account managers and the product director to align client services with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on team performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a client services or customer support role, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with onboarding processes and client support.
Ability to manage fulfilment operations and ensure they meet client expectations.
Proficiency in using customer service software and platforms.
