The role
We are looking to grow our team of PAT Testers to work across the Midlands.
Carry out In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT) in accordance with the current edition of the IET Code of Practice.
Produce results which meet the requirements and quality standards of clients and external accrediting bodies.
Ensure all portable electrical items are safe for use.
Liaise with customers to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, to customer’s requirements, whilst limiting the disruption to their business.
Manage appliance testing in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations.
Complete and submit paperwork to the highest standard.
Essential
* Full/clean (manual) driving license
* Pass Enhanced DBS check
* Two references, one of which should be from your previous employer
* Organised, self-starter, ability to work alone
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* City and Guilds 2377-77 EET/PAT Testing Qualification (or previous version)

All PAT Testers are provided with tools, company vehicle, and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission as they work.
