Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
A well-established and expanding accountancy practice in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its dynamic team. The Role
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing assignments from start to finish, and ensuring the highest standards of service. This role includes:
Preparing accounts, conducting audits, and handling tax assignments.
Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and providing guidance.
Managing workflows efficiently with excellent delegation and time management skills.
Supporting clients with business and financial advice.
Experience in group consolidations and acquisitions.
Familiarity with Iris and Caseware software would be beneficial but is not essential.
ACCA or ICAEW qualified
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in general practice
Strong technical skills in accounting, audit, and tax
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ambitious, motivated, and committed to a career in practice
