Salary: £40,000 (plus generous joining bonus)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver the highest quality care.
Ensure the best outcomes for the people you support.
Oversee all aspects of service management, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.Requirements:
Proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
Strong CQC experience.
Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Benefits:
