About the role In this wide-ranging role, you’ll campaign manage the full end to end recruitment of a variety of managerial vacancies across Royal Mail Group, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues. A typical day could involve anything from writing adverts to shortlisting, arranging assessments to job offering, all while dealing with a variety of queries. Along with key Recruiter activity, you’ll coordinate administrative and compliance activity through our computerised applicant tracking system. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll collaborate to improve our processes and customer service. About You We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who’ll provide customers, colleagues and stakeholders alike with a friendly, engaging, and professional service. To be truly successful in this role you will be: • A great administrator who can prioritise and handle multiple tasks concurrently • Adept at mastering complex processes • A confident communicator, with first class customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner • Ability to manage a wide range of customers and stakeholders up to Director level • Adept at written communication with the ability to write engaging job adverts • Computer literate, competent with new systems and general MS Office packages • While previous HR/Recruitment experience is advantageous, what really matters is your resilience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service Next Steps The next stage of the selection process will be a face to virtual interview consisting of competency based and role specific questions.
