Commercial Administrator
Reporting To: Commercial Manager
Location: Hybrid/Tewkesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £23,000 per annum
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Role Overview
As our portfolio of live networks continues to expand throughout the UK (with many more exciting projects in the pipeline), our high-performing Commercial Team is growing.
We are currently seeking a talented Commercial Administrator to join us on a fixed 6-month term contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Netomnia’s commercial function.
What you’ll do
Reporting to the Commercial Manager or Assistant Commercial Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist with various administrative functions within the department. Specifically, you will focus on assessing applications for payment and ensuring accurate updates in our systems.
Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for the following areas of commercial administration:
* Post Contract Administration Support
* Assist in post-contract administrative tasks.
* Contribute to the smooth execution of our FTTH deployment projects.
* Application for Payment Processing
* Review payment applications.
* Update relevant systems with accurate data based on the results.
* System data updates
* Maintain robust and reliable data within our systems.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency
* Communications recording & management
* Keep track of essential communications related to commercial activities.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Attention to Detail: Your meticulous eye for detail ensures accuracy in data handling.
* Analytics: Comfortable working with data and extracting meaningful insights.
* Excel: Proficient in using Excel for data management and analysis.
