Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Associate Group Manager to work with the Emergency Medicine Group. This is an exciting opportunity as a senior manager supporting the clinical teams as they develop and implement patient focused models of care. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day operational management of Emergency Medicine and will be a key player in supporting the organisation to deliver excellent, high quality services for our patients. Main duties of the job The role of Associate Group Manager works closely with the Clinical Leads and Matrons to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost effective care for our patients ensuring we provide an excellent experience for our patients and meet our regulatory and operational performance targets. You will work closely with the team to monitor daily performance as well as ensuring the departments staffing and resources are maximised. you will work with clinicians as well as the wider management team to both continually improve the specialty, and support the delivery of the group's plans.
