Sales Administrator - part-time A dynamic and creative Bath based business is looking for a part-time Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Their team is looking for a competent, professional, and process-driven individual to enhance their sales administration. • Part-time (20 hours per week)• Annual Salary: £24K pro rata• Location: Bath• Job Type: Hybrid Benefits: • Holiday entitlement of 28 days including bank holidays, increasing by 1 day each year of service up to a maximum of 33 days, plus 3 days between Christmas and New Year.• Workplace pension.• Private healthcare.• Sick pay scheme.• Subsidised health club membership. Day-to-day of the role: • Input all orders onto CRM, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.• Record all elements on the Monday.com platform.• Liaise with the Production team to meet deadlines and understand technical specifications.• Support the Sales and Production teams by chasing required assets, saving them on Monday.com ready for deployment.• Assist the Sales team with reporting back to clients on campaign activities.• Gather information on client activities with competitors and feedback to the sales team for proactive action.• Support in media pack creation.• Ensure that the CRM is maintained and updated regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Previous administrative experience is preferred.• Excellent time management and organisational skills.• Strong administration skills, adaptable to different situations.• Computer literacy and confidence using various software and platforms.• Experience in using CRM platforms.• Experience in using social media with a commercial angle.• Team player who recognises the successes of others.
