At Protocol Education, we work with a range of SEND schools across the northeast that cater to children and young people with differing needs. The roles can be long-term or short-term depending on what you are looking for and have a range of different jobs available on our job page.
The role:
Working as a full-time SEND teaching assistant, you will be supporting students so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning, and feel a sense of achievement. Initially, you will first work on a temporary basis; however, there is an opportunity for a permanent contract down the line.
What we need from you:
From you, we need a commitment to safeguarding and the ability to adapt and respond to changing needs and priorities. As an individual, you will be outgoing, empathetic, and able to produce different strategies that children may require when feeling overwhelmed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
