The Role:
As a valued member of the Sales Team, the Sales Administrator & Customer Service Professional will play a vital role in overseeing the sales and order cycles. You will be responsible for coordinating and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. Collaboration with other departments to handle inquiries, process orders, and provide outstanding support will be essential.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct customer discovery in collaboration with the sales team.
* Manage and respond promptly to inquiries from external customers.
* Assist the sales team in reviewing, returning offers, and managing the sales pipeline.
* Handle internal and external customer queries professionally and effectively.
* Proactively follow up on inquiries to drive sales conversions.
* Provide support in Customer Services, including order progress updates.
* Offer logistics assistance to customers.
* Accurately manage the CRM & ERP systems.
* Conduct contract reviews and facilitate order processing.
* Ensure proper document control and organization.
* Adhere to company policies, exceed customer expectations, and maintain professionalism at all times.
* Comply with Health & Safety regulations outlined in the Employees Handbook.
* Undertake additional training and perform other relevant duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus.
* Experience in a business-to-business customer service role.
* Proficient in numeracy and literacy.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Highly organized with excellent administrative skills.
* Strong relationship-building abilities, adept at fostering effective internal and external partnerships.
* Problem-solving capabilities, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
