Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent MCN Project Facilitator based at Ailsa Hospital.
What you will do:
You will contribute to the planning of MCN workstreams and projects and be responsible for the effective progress, co-ordination and monitoring of several specific workstreams and projects that will contribute to the development of the MCN and enable progress towards local and national MCN and condition specific standards and targets.
You will provide project and administrative support to MCN colleagues and stakeholders that will allow them to contribute to implementation of workstreams/projects.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Essential
* Educated to HNC level or equivalent level of knowledge/experience
* Excellent and proven communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Knowledge and experience of IT Systems
* Range of developed IT Skills e.g. MS Word, Access, Excel and Powerpoint
* Ability to use own initiative
* Flexible approach
* Persuasion and influencing skills
* Accuracy in data recording and attention to detail
* People skills the ability to communicate well with a variety of people in varying circumstances
Desirable
* Project Management qualification/experience
* Group facilitation skills

* Knowledge and experience of collaborative working and joint decision making
* Knowledge of SCI-Diabetes (National Diabetes IT System)
