Your New Role
Joining a leading organisation in warranty and mechanical breakdown across Europe, they are independent experts in the automotive and insurance sector, with over 40 years' experience, operating in 9 European markets. In the administration aspect of the role, you will respond professionally and within a targeted timeframe to all inbound email inquiries, working closely with subscribers to ensure that all details are accurate and GDPR-compliant. You will also be responsible for opening and managing claims files for authorization. On the telephony front, you will handle inbound calls by identifying the caller's needs, providing relevant information, or transferring the call as appropriate, and offering clear explanations regarding claim validations. In accounts assistance, you will ensure all payment requests are processed to completion. For complaints, you will work to resolve issues effectively, escalating them when necessary, and logging all types of dissatisfaction to address recurring concerns. Throughout all these tasks, you are expected to work collaboratively with your team, promoting a positive and cooperative work environment.
