The Role As a Corporate Finance Executive, a typical day could include: Supporting on M&A transactions from commencement through to completion. Liaising with various stakeholders, including clients of the firm, lawyers, funding platforms and other advisers. Preparing a variety of reports, including financial projections. Assisting the partner of the department and clients with fund-raising assignments. Undertaking financial due diligence. Supporting on pitches for work and assisting in presentations. Developing a network of business contacts throughout the North-East. The Benefits As a Corporate Finance Executive, you are entitled to a range of benefits, as well as other aspects that make this role attractive: A competitive salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on level of qualification and experience. The Requirements and Process To qualify for this role as a Corporate Finance Executive, you should: Be a fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA. Be confident working with technology.
