We'd love to have you THE ROLE As Graphic Designer, you will bring Ancient Brave’s brand vision to life through visually captivating and impactful design. You’ll be responsible for developing diverse digital and print assets, ensuring that all visuals are engaging, cohesive, and align with our brand’s values. Collaborating closely with brand marketing, e-commerce, digital and retail teams, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing brand recognition across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting directly into the Head of Design and working collaboratively with the marketing team you will be responsible for: Crafting visually captivating graphics, infographics, GIFs, and animations for the website, email newsletters, and social media, fully aligned with brand identity. Developing distinctive packaging for new and existing products, ensuring brand alignment and impactful shelf presence. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to produce engaging social media content that resonates with the audience. Creating and updating branded materials, including Look Books, Press Kits, and Retailer Documents, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Designing compelling digital ads, banners, newsletters, and other online campaign assets to maximise visual appeal and engagement. Contributing to web design projects, translating creative vision into a cohesive and immersive brand experience online. Developing email designs that communicate brand stories, drive engagement, and increase click-through rates. Developing visuals to enhance retail experience including point-of-purchase displays (POP), and physical and digital touchpoints in retail spaces. Assisting the Head of Design and Founder with presentation decks for meetings, events, and pitches, enhancing brand storytelling. Maintaining high quality, cohesion, and brand consistency across all visual assets for web, social media, email, and print channels. WHO YOU ARE To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience: Proven experience in commercial graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work (please upload link or additional document as part of your application). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and design tools for web and social media - Experience with 3D visualization tools is a plus. Ability to create visually engaging and on-brand materials across multiple formats, including motion graphics, in-store graphics, infographics and packaging design. Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to align visual content with brand messaging. Excellent time management, able to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
