Salary: £Competitive Package Holiday Trading Scheme - buy or sell part of your annual leave allowance Flexible and Hybrid working (3 days office/2 days home) Day off on your birthday Enhanced paternity, maternity and adoption leave Access to our excellent flexible benefits scheme Working in partnership with a variety of departments throughout the business, our Credit Control Team are responsible for recovering unpaid monies due to the organisation, as well as: Managing a team of Credit Controllers Review and report on Aged Debtors Manage write-offs, bad debt provisions and setting up payment plans Preparing credit notes and assisting with month end reporting Billing system reconciliations Reviewing credit applications and credit references to set limits and ensure credit worthiness Queries from sales team Regularly reviewing the process and procedures to reduce debtor days As our Credit Control Manager you will also liaise with our Sales, Technical and Core Finance teams to escalate and resolve Debtor queries Have excellent attention to detail Are an excellent relationship builder and communicator Are self-motivated with a drive to learn Have a “can do” attitude Have experience managing, developing and motivating a team At iomart we’re committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
