We are seeking to recruit a Resident Doctor Monitoring & Liaison Officer to work within our Medical Staffing Team. You will undertake a pivotal role, leading on the monitoring of Resident Doctor rotas, ensuring that New Deal and EWTD are applied appropriately.
You will work with Clinical Specialties, using software, to produce compliant template rotas and will provide an advisory service on all aspects of New Deal, coaching and supporting clinicians in the application of the contract.
You will communicate regularly with Clinical Directors, Care Group Managers and Resident Doctors applying and interpreting New Deal regulations and Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions of Service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Packages, you will be required to learn and on occasion project manage the implementation of additional IT systems, software.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be desirable, however training will be provided.
