You will be responsible for the day-to-day care for our young people in a 3 bed Children’s home for children and young people with SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health) challenges from age 9 years old to 17 years old. We offer a unique programme of care that focuses on repatriation of young people to the area they come from, with clear transition plans from rehabilitation home to birth family, step across to foster care, or transition to independent living. Our offer includes transition properties for young people from 16 years old through to 21 years old in a tenancy with Parkwood Care.
