Choose a career with the UK’s biggest independent drainage specialist The Lanes Group are recruiting for a Reactive Van Pack Engineers to join our Operational Teams based in the Midlands. The job: You’ll be operating van-mounted jetting equipment for a wide range of drain-related issues. Based out of the Stafford depot, your projects will cover a wide range of drainage related issues, from emergency call-outs and blockages to cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programmes. You will visit various types of clients and sites, from commercial, residential, and industrial to specialist sectors like rail, road, utility, and so on. You’ll be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public, and observe all health and safety procedures. And you’ll love working outdoors. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 50 hours per week (7am-5pm), being flexible is essential due to travel requirements. Hourly rate up to £12.50 per hour dependent on experience About you: You’ll already be familiar with high pressure jetting equipment, but you may not have drainage experience. That’s OK — we’re happy to train you to the appropriate standard. A high pressure water jetting certificate would be good, but it’s not essential.
