About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Superintendent Pharmacist to join our independent pharmacy in Swansea. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a great opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to develop their skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* To oversee the management of medicines and ensure accurate dispensing and supply.
* To work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide expert advice and guidance on medication use and management.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A registered pharmacist with a current practising certificate.
* Proven experience in leading or managing teams in a pharmacy setting.
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical law and regulations, including GPhC standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and other stakeholders.
