As a Client Solutions Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with major airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to ensure their success while driving growth for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Partnership: Collaborate with client partners to establish and nurture strategic relationships with leading UK travel businesses.
* Media Planning & Strategy: Lead media planning efforts and develop strategies that align with client objectives to maximise campaign performance.
* Data Analysis: Utilise your analytical expertise to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise results.
* Sales Operations: Maintain rigorous sales operations, including updating internal trackers and forecasting revenue growth.
* Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with internal teams (creative, marketing science, engineering) and external clients and agencies to drive campaign success.
* Performance Measurement: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, focusing on revenue growth and product adoption.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Solid years in a client solutions role, preferably within media agencies, with expertise in Business Manager suite of ad solutions. Ads Manager is a must.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data from various sources, presenting findings clearly and developing actionable strategies.
* Storytelling: Proven track record in using data visualisation to build compelling narratives and influence key business decisions.
* Collaborative Spirit: Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leading projects to successful outcomes.
