Job Title: HR Officer
Elevation Recruitment HR is excited to be working with a Business to Business organisation based in Rotherham. They are looking to appoint a HR Officer on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, engagement, and offboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company and gain overseas HR exposure at the European level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters.
2. Maintain employee records and details.
3. Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including overseeing recruitment and onboarding of UK hires.
4. Support and improve recruitment and onboarding strategies.
5. Coordinate HR projects and initiatives.
6. Organize and coordinate training activities.
7. Coordinate company events and internal/external meetings.
8. Promote community engagement activities across the business.
