* Advise product development and iterations based on customer feedback
* Lead projects to solve customer pain points and improve shipper experience

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
* Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written French and English
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
* Italian and Spanish language skills
