We have a vacancy for a Family Support Worker /Teaching Assistant to work with our families and our children. The family support role would include the role of deputy designated safeguarding lead and we will provide training for this.
Successful applicants should have:
1. a passion for working with children and families to overcome barriers to achievement
2. good written and verbal communication skills
3. the confidence and ability to work with all stakeholders and agencies
4. a positive outlook, a sense of humour, be resilient, flexible, demonstrate initiative whilst also being a good team player
5. a relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification or a willingness to undertake a relevant qualification to work with infant children
