Manage the incoming requests including telephone, email and face to face communications. Respond and escalate these requests in an appropriate format.- Communicate information which may be of a complicated or sensitive nature to staff and other departments.- Build a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders to make arrangements for meetings, events and workshops.- Arrange meetings, issue agendas, take minutes, type and distribute minutes and reports.- Organise appropriate rooms, materials and tools to effectively run the IPC service.- Produce spreadsheets and audit information as required.- Produce educational presentations and policy updates as directed by the Infection Prevention and Control Team.- Enter surveillance data into relevant databases as required.- Word processing of reports and letters from manuscript or audio using Microsoft Office software products.
