Aufgaben
1. Attendproject start-up / close / mid meetings.
2. Attendsite visits.
3. Prepare and maintain detailedengineering and construction schedules including development of critical pathand project float.
4. In conjunction with Senior Estimatorestablish the plan and document scope, develop project schedules and orpreliminary cost estimates (for tender programmes)
5. Make presentations to EstimatingManger, Senior Management& Clients as required.
6. Monitor hours and costs to determinetrends and to assist in forecasting.
7. Help to develop cost andresource loaded construction programmes.
8. Coordinates the review of estimateddesign costs including equipment, installation, labour, materials,preparations, and other related costs.
9. Coordinates projects with allaffected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and governmentregulations and health and safety requirements are maintained.
10. Interfacing with otherfunctional teams including, but not limited to: BIM Team, design team,estimation and construction execution.
Qualifikationen
11. Degree in civil engineering or an appropriate professional qualification
12. Intermediate level user of Primavera P6
13. Experience of civil engineering contracting.
14. Active experience of working with a wide range of planning techniques in serving both tendering and contract delivery.
15. A clear understanding of the commercial and contractual interfaces with the planning function.
16. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Project.
17. Knowledge of the development and implementation of Asset structures, Planning Standards, WBS and Planning processes in a BIM environment.
18. Knowledge of Safety, Environment and Risk Management
