In this exciting CRM Manager role you will lead on all CRM activations, playing a pivotal role in bringing our awesome doughnut campaign calendar to life through our digital customer channels. You will be the go-to person for delivering CRM communications to 2million (and counting) Krispy Kreme members. You’ll hold full accountability for end-to-end delivery in digital marketing communications, translating our campaign calendar into engaging customer communications across Email, SMS, App Push, Whatsapp and much more To be successful in this role, you of course will need to be commercially savvy and data-driven marketer who understands how first party data can positively influence customer behaviour and engagement. Key Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Work in partnership with the Marketing/Brand team and 3rd party agencies to execute the CRM campaign calendar on all digital customer channels across both UK and Ireland Deliver briefings to creative on campaign communications for CRM channels. Create & execute all CRM campaign communications end-to-end. Produce tracking links for campaign calendar communications across all digital customer channels to ensure channel performance and ROI calculations can be made. Work in close conjunction with the Loyalty Manager to increase the value of members receiving CRM through personalised communications. Support our Finance by providing weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting on all digital customer channels. Collaborate with the digital team to complete and own campaign PCR reviews on all digital customer channels. Continuous improvement - recommendations based on previous campaign calendar communications for improvements in future campaigns. What we are looking for in a CRM Manager: Experience as a CRM Executive or current CRM Manager Food, FMCG or similar industry would be an advantage. A hands on & proven track record in executional delivery of digital strategy across multiple CRM touchpoints Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues and agencies at all levels. A keen interest in data, metrics and analytics which help with continuous improvement. Passion for customer data driven decision making and digital marketing experience. A pro-active self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
